Personal data collected

The data collected includes identification data, banking data and connection data.

More specifically :

  • When logging in: IP and/or MAC address of your device, device type, browser version;
  • For account creation: name, first name, email address, password;
  • For order delivery: address, postal code, city, country/region, phone number;
  • For billing if different from the delivery address: name, first name, address, postal code, city, country/region, phone number;
  • For payment by bank card: 16-digit card number, name on the card, expiration date, visual cryptogram;

Our banking service provider, responsible for the security of your banking data, uses the 3D Secure system.

All information exchanged to process payments is encrypted using SSL security standards. This data cannot be detected, intercepted, or used by third parties, including the MAISON FEVRE team, which therefore has no access to it.

When paying for an order by credit card, if the bank participates in the "Verified by Visa" or "Secure Code Mastercard" payment security program, after clicking on the order button, a new screen may appear, inviting the customer to identify themselves, for example, with a code received via SMS.

  • Newsletter subscription: last name; first name; email address; date of birth (day/month/year).

For all these actions, the collection of this personal data is mandatory in view of the objective pursued; only personal data essential to the purpose of the processing are collected.

Regarding the date of birth when subscribing to the newsletter, this data collection is optional.

When using the online chat, users provide details of their requests.
