Products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when validating their order. Delivery cannot be made to a hotel or a post office box.

MAISON FEVRE cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a shipping delay not attributable to it.

The MAISON FEVRE team pays great attention to the preparation and then the shipment of your order in France and Europe.

The choice of a carrier, which determines its delivery time, is offered below.

From the dispatch of the order, the average delivery times are as follows:

  • Delivery by Colissimo in Europe: 3 to 5 working days.

MAISON FEVRE offers Colissimo delivery at the Customer's choice:

  • to a parcel relay point of their choice;

RECEIPT OF ORDER AND REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Upon receipt of the package, the Customer (or a person authorized by them) must immediately check the condition of the packaging and the delivered Product.

In the event of a damaged package or broken product (crushed, torn, or opened package), the Customer (or the person authorized by them) must imperatively refuse the package and state the reason on the delivery slip.

Failure to comply with the said deadline does not prevent the Customer from seeking an exchange or refund of the Products in case of damage or anomaly of the Product, in the absence of a damaged package, at the time of its delivery. Similarly, the Customer always benefits from their right of withdrawal under the conditions of the "DELIVERY" paragraph below.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / PRODUCT RETURN

In accordance with the provisions of articles L 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer may discretionarily renounce their order. To do so, they have a right of withdrawal that they can exercise within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase (60 days during the Christmas holidays).

Delivery costs, applied on the day of purchase, remain at the customer's financial expense and are reimbursed in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-24 of the Consumer Code. It should be noted that return costs remain at the customer's expense according to article L-221-23 of the Consumer Code. To simplify this process, MAISON FEVRE provides a prepaid return label, the fixed amount of which, identical to the initial delivery costs, is deducted from the total amount.
Example: in case of return, the customer is reimbursed the total price of the returned items in perfect condition and the initial delivery costs, after deducting the cost of the prepaid label provided by MAISON FEVRE via its internet return portal. The total amount reimbursed therefore corresponds to the total price of the items purchased and returned in perfect condition.

The Customer is invited to use our web product return platform for a refund or product exchange request with the possibility of printing a prepaid Colissimo postage label: >> Click here to print your prepaid postage label for the return of your order, with the exception of customers residing in SWITZERLAND or OVERSEAS TERRITORIES for whom customs fees and return costs remain at the Customer's expense according to article L-221-23 of the Consumer Code. Customers residing in Switzerland or Overseas Territories cannot therefore use our web return platform.

Returns are at the Customer's risk. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, and must be accompanied by the invoice available in the "My account" section, which shows the order references and the Customer's contact details.

Should the Customer fail to comply with these conditions, particularly the return conditions, MAISON FEVRE will not be able to refund the Product(s) concerned or exchange the Product(s) concerned.
