DELIVERY
MAISON FEVRE delivers its products in Europe.
Depending on the products being shipped, MAISON FEVRE has selected a bubble envelope or a high-quality, reinforced cardboard box to ensure the delivery of the product(s) is secure and protected. To ensure the discreetness of the shipment, the MAISON FEVRE brand name does not appear on the package.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday inclusive until 3:45 p.m., excluding public holidays.
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer when confirming their order. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or P.O. boxes.
MAISON FEVRE cannot be held responsible for delivery delays outside of its control.
The MAISON FEVRE team pays great attention to the preparation and delivery of your order in France and Europe.
The choice of a carrier, on which its delivery time depends, is offered to you below.
From the time the order is shipped, the average delivery times are as follows:
- Delivery by Colissimo in France: 2 working days.
- Delivery by Colissimo in Europe: 3 to 5 working days.
MAISON FEVRE offers Colissimo delivery at the Customer's choice:
- at a parcel relay point of their choice;
- or “counter-signature” at the Client’s fixed address (residence or workplace).
If the Customer is absent on the day of delivery:
- “counter-signature”: the package is made available for 15 days at the post office;
- at a Relay point: the package is made available for 10 days.
After the above-mentioned deadlines, the package will be returned to MAISON FEVRE. The Customer is invited to contact customer service to request redelivery at their own expense.
RECEIPT OF ORDER AND REFUND
Upon receipt of the package, the Customer (or a person authorised to receive it on their behalf) must immediately check the condition of the packaging and the Product delivered.
In the event of a damaged package or broken product (crushed, torn or open package), the Customer (or the person authorised by him) must refuse the package and clearly indicate a reason on the receipt slip.
Failure to comply with the said deadline does not hinder the recourse that the Customer may have to obtain the exchange or reimbursement of the Products in the event of damage or anomaly of the Product, provided there is no visible damage to the packaging, at the time of delivery. Likewise, the Customer retains their statutory right of withdrawal, as set out in the section below under "DELIVERY". The delivery costs, applied on the day of purchase, remain the responsibility of the Customer and are therefore non-refundable.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / PRODUCT RETURN = 30 DAYS
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may cancel their order at their discretion. To do so, they have this statutory right of withdrawal, which they may exercise within 30 days from the date of purchase of their Product. The Customer is invited to use the withdrawal form available in their “Customer Account”, to fill it out and then include it in their package OR to follow the SIMPLIFIED RETURN PROCEDURE by clicking on this link.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer. The Customer should refer to the “My Account” section of the Website. Reminder: Delivery costs, applied on the day of purchase, remain the responsibility of the Customer and are therefore not refunded.
In this case, the Customer must contact customer service at bonjour@maison-fevre.fr to obtain a prepaid return voucher.
Returns are made at the Customer's own risk. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, and must be accompanied by the invoice available in the "My Account" section where the order references and the Customer's contact details appear.
If the Customer fails to comply with these conditions, in particular the return conditions, MAISON FEVRE will not be able to refund the Product(s) concerned.

The MAISON FEVRE team pays great attention to the quality of its products.
The 2-year (two-year) warranty begins on the date the order is confirmed (purchase date mentioned on the invoice available in the "My Account" section).
